Want to know where your parcel is? Here's how to stay updated on your Wool Yarn Craft order.

How Tracking Works

  1. Once your order is dispatched (usually within 1–2 working days), we send you a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.
  2. Use that number on your courier's website to see your parcel's status.
  3. Your order is then delivered to your address, usually within 2–6 working days depending on your city.
