This policy explains how Wool Yarn Craft processes and delivers your orders.

Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan.

Delivery charges

• Standard delivery: Rs. 250 per order.
• FREE standard delivery on orders of Rs. 3,500 or more.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Payment: Cash on Delivery

Pay in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier.

Order processing

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery time

• Major cities (e.g. Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): about 2–4 working days.
• Other cities and towns: about 3–6 working days.

These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we share its tracking number with you so you can follow your parcel.

Delays

Deliveries can occasionally be delayed by courier issues, weather or public holidays. If your parcel is late, contact us and we will help.
