Products and pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price is shown incorrectly. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and cancel it; as payment is made on delivery, nothing is charged.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us before it has been dispatched.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Please keep the exact amount ready and accept the parcel at the address you provided.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
