Return & Refund Policy

At Wool Yarn Craft, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

Unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
In the original packaging with any labels intact.

For hygiene and quality reasons, cut yarn, used items and items damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you received a wrong, defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via bank transfer or your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
